IMF, World Bank, OECD, United Nations などのGDP, Polulation, Incomeなどの横断的なデータに加えて、住宅着工数やストックデータなどの住宅関連データは各国の統計局データを収集している。下記取得希望データの信頼あるデータソースについて知りたい。（取得希望データ）・対象国：中国・項目：GDP、人口、ストック数、所得、住宅着工数、建設投資額※GDP、人口、所得については一般のデータソースで入手可と思われるため、ストック数、住宅着工数、建設投資額

いずれも『中国統計年鑑』（中国語： https://www.stats.gov.cn/sj/ndsj/ 英語： https://www.stats.gov.cn/english/Statisticaldata/yearbook/ ）で確認可能です。以下に記載の数字は、中国統計年鑑2024年版（https://www.stats.gov.cn/sj/ndsj/2024/indexch.htm ）の項目番号です。・住宅ストック数→お調べした限りでは、建設業を対象とした調査に基づく、建設中建物の面積のみ確認できました（「14-23」）。なお、不動産開発業による竣工住宅数であれば、「19-15」に掲載されています。・住宅着工数→上記「19-15」に販売中の住宅数は記載がありますが、住宅戸数全体の数字は見つかりませんでした。・建設投資額→国連データべースにおいて、中国のデータの出所は、「3-1」です。国連統計局 National Accounts Main Aggregates Databasehttps://unstats.un.org/unsd/snaama/IndexValue Added by Economic Activity, ...
