インド外務省図書館のサイトで公開されています。MEA Library, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of Indiahttps://mealib.nic.in/Home右側のコラムにある「Catalogue/Reports」欄にAnnual Reportsというリンクがあります。Home > Catalogue Reports > Annual Reportshttps://mealib.nic.in/?2386?0001948-49年からのリンクがあり、該当の巻もPDFで閲覧可能です。タイトルは、当時の「Report 年」でなく、継続後誌にあわせたAnnual Reportですが、内容からお探しの資料と思われます。ただし、当館所蔵の前後の冊子体の内容と比較するとスキャンしたものではなく、テキストを打ち直したもののようであり、完全に同一ではない可能性があります。
