葛尾村女子大農場でエゴマの収穫作業を行いました。 12aの土地に6月に4500株を定植し、順調に成長、1週間ほど収穫が遅れましたが、背丈は1.5ｍほどに成長しており、学生や教職員、地元の方々35名ほどで作業を行いました。 粒も大きく、沢山のエゴマが収穫できました。 本事業は、福島イノベ機構「復興知」事業の一環として実施しております。 エゴマ苗刈り取り① エゴマ苗刈り取り② エゴマ苗刈り取り③ エゴマ唐箕がけ作業

かつらお感謝祭に参加しました。 本学ブースでは村で栽培したエゴマを活用した「エゴマのラスク」、ナツハゼを活用した商品、東北大学大学農学研究科が栽培したマスタードシードを活用した商品を100個ほど配布し、試食アンケートを実施しました。 多くの方が本学ブースを訪れ午前中には配布終了してしまうほど、好評でした。 本事業は、福島イノベ機構「復興知」事業の一環として実施しております。
