11月8日(金)に食物栄養学科4年生による「第56回卒業研究発表会」が行われました。今年度は3年ぶりの講堂小ホールでの口頭発表形式での発表会となり、25タイトルが発表されました。 4年生は、3年生後期から研究室に配属され、就職活動や国家試験の勉強と両立しながら研究を進めてきました。当日は緊張した面持ちでしたが、しっかりと1年間の研究成果を発表していました。 また2，3年生も発表会に参加し、真剣に聴講している姿が見られ、次年度以降の研究室選択の参考になったのではないかと思います。

塩尻の大門地区が江戸時代頃に原っぱだったいう記述が載っている次の資料を紹介した。【資料1】より 「集落の歴史 塩尻地区 大門 1.立地と概観」P.207 4行目に「現在市街地となっている所の大部分は、江戸時代の終わりまでは、桔梗ヶ原と呼ばれる広い原野であった。」との記述あり。また、以下の資料にも類似した記述があった。【資料2】より「第5章 農業・林野 第二節林野 一林野と入会 (1)塩尻市域の山林原野」P.712 11行目に記述あり【資料3】より「近世時代」P.30 2行目から記述あり回答プロセス:塩尻市誌や大門地域の資料を集め、自然や歴史に関する部分を確認。【資料1】P.207に原野であると書かれた記述があったため、引き続き塩尻の歴史に関する資料を調査した。その結果、【資料2】P.712 【資料3】P.30 にも同じような記述がある ...
