第２２４回芸術鑑賞講座「棟方志功版画展」が８日から建学記念講堂で始まりました。第78回もみじ会の共催事業で13日㈰まで一般公開しています。 青森県生まれで、文化勲章を受章するなど昭和の時代に国内外で高い評価を受けた棟方志功の作品45点を展示しました。 板木に心の思うまま彫って墨を塗ったり、裏側から彩色を加えたりする独特の技法による作品を「板画（はんが）」と名付けた棟方の世界が広がっています。板画のほか、肉筆の倭絵や書、民藝運動に携わった解説なども紹介されています。 ８日は郡山開成学園の関口修学園長、大学生、高校生、幼稚園児の代表らが出席し開場式を行いました。開場時間は午前９時30分から午後４時まで。入場無料。
