タイトル: End-to-End Singing Transcription Based on CTC and HSMM Decoding with a Refined Score Representation著者: Deng, Tengyu; Nakamura, Eita; Nishikimi, Ryo; Yoshii, Kazuyoshi抄録: This paper describes an end-to-end automatic singing transcription (AST) method that translates a music audio signal containing a vocal part into a symbolic musical score of sung notes. A common approach to sequence-to-sequence learning for this problem is to use the connectionist temporal classification (CTC), where a target score is represented as a sequence of notes with discrete pitches and note values. However, if the note value of some note is incorrectly estimated, the score times of the following notes are estimated incorrectly and the metrical structure of the estimated score collapses. To solve this problem, we propose a refined score representation using metrical positions of note onsets. To decode a musical score from the output of a deep neural network (DNN), we use a hidden semi-Mark ...

タイトル: Distinct muscle regenerative capacity of human induced pluripotent stem cell-derived mesenchymal stromal cells in Ullrich congenital muscular dystrophy model mice著者: Yokomizo-Goto, Megumi; Takenaka-Ninagawa, Nana; Zhao, Chengzhu; Bourgeois Yoshioka, Clémence Kiho; Miki, Mayuho; Motoike, Souta; Inada, Yoshiko; Zujur, Denise; Theoputra, William; Jin, Yonghui; Toguchida, Junya; Ikeya, Makoto; Sakurai, Hidetoshi抄録: Background: Ullrich congenital muscular dystrophy (UCMD) is caused by a deficiency in type 6 collagen (COL6) due to mutations in COL6A1, COL6A2, or COL6A3. COL6 deficiency alters the extracellular matrix structure and biomechanical properties, leading to mitochondrial defects and impaired muscle regeneration. Therefore, mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) that secrete COL6 have attracted attention as potential therapeutic targets. Various tissue-derived MSCs exert therapeutic effects in various diseases. However, no reports have compared the effects of MSCs o ...
Effect of replanning boost radiotherapy plan in locally advanced unresectable middle to lower thoracic esophageal cancer

タイトル: Effect of replanning boost radiotherapy plan in locally advanced unresectable middle to lower thoracic esophageal cancer著者: Inoo, Hiroyuki; Sakanaka, Katsuyuki; Mizowaki, Takashi抄録: Thoracic bulky esophageal cancer shrinks during radiotherapy, changing the location and shape of the surrounding heart and lungs. The current study aimed to explore how replanning by volumetric-modulated arc radiotherapy (VMAT) and three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3DCRT) influences the target coverage and dose to organs at risk in locally advanced unresectable middle to lower thoracic esophageal cancer. We retrospectively collected CT simulation images of initial and boost radiotherapy plans for locally advanced unresectable thoracic esophageal cancer in 17 consecutive patients. First, we created boost plans of 20 Gy using 3DCRT and VMAT on the initially acquired CT images. Second, we replicated the process on CT images acquired after 20-40 Gy of radiotherapy. We then compared ...
