2024年12月、国立国会図書館（NDL）が、シンポジウム「デジタルシフトの次へ―米国議会図書館の新戦略から見えてくるもの―」の録画をYouTubeの国立国会図書館公式チャンネルで公開しました。 本シンポジウムは、2024年9月24日に、国立国会図書館東京本館（千代田区永田町）で開催されたものです。 前半では、米国議会図書館（LC）の首席副館長マーク・スウィーニー氏から、2023年10月に発表された同館の2024年から2028年までの新戦略「すべての人のための図書館（A Library for All）」について講演がありました。後半では、議会、情報工学、教育・コミュニティに造詣の深い有識者を迎え、LCの新戦略を手がかりに、デジタルシフトの次の段階でNDLが果たすべき役割について、多角的な観点から議論しました。 続きを読む
