2025年3月19日、英国図書館（BL）及び三井不動産株式会社が、BLのセントパンクラス館エリアの開発計画が確定したと発表しました。 発表によると、開発に参画する三井不動産による11億ポンド（約2,140億円）の出資が決定しました。開発は、開発マネージャーを務める不動産会社のスタンホープ社と共同で実施され、セントパンクラス館の増築のほか、オフィススペース、ラボ・オフィス施設などを含む大規模複合施設を建設するものとあり、2026年着工、2032年竣工予定とされています。 開発計画により、BLでは展示スペースやビジネス支援サービスのためのスペースが拡張されるほか、メイカースペースやラーニングセンター等が設置される予定です。 Press Releases（BL） https://www.bl.uk/press ※2025年3月19日付けで“Groundbreaking British Library developmen ...
