Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) are the first-line treatment for MDD; however, their onset of action is delayed. Recent reports have shown that serotonin neurons in the dorsal raphe nucleus (DRN) are activated by rewards and play a vital role in reward processing. Polcaro et al. (2024) showed that rs822336, a SNP in PD-L1, predicts the effect of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs). However, the study did not show a relationship between rs822336 and the tumor proportion score (TPS), which is currently used as a primary marker. Therefore, we examined this relationship. 以下の資料に、小牧市藤島町鏡池の由来に関する記述が見つかりました。【調査をした当館所蔵資料】・資料1 『小牧の文化財 第18集 小牧の地名』 小牧市教育委員会／編、小牧市教育委員会、2001「Ⅱ北里地区 四藤島 鏡池・手水池・徳願寺・五才田」の項に藤島町鏡池に関する記述がありました。 P.69 「居屋敷の南東の鏡池のあたりには、明治期には手水池という小字名もあったという。現在は田が広がり、地元の人に聞いても池があったという記憶はないという。村絵図を見ると、大きな用水が二つ通り、昔から低い土地であったことがわかり、それ以前には池があったのであろう。絵図には用水の中州に墓地が見られるが、現在も昔の中州の形を残しながら墓地が存在している。ちょうど手水池のところに当たり、関連が考えられる。（ ...
